Lucas Angelillo
Lucas Angelillo was born in Buenos Aires. He started studying Foreign Affairs at USAL, but after 4 years, he decided to study Food and Beverage. He graduated in Culinary Arts at Mausi Sebess and started working at La Bourgogne, along with JP Bondoux. Then, he worked with Christian Petersen until he started managing his own business. He continued running it for 6 years, and he gradually changed his position from the kitchen to management and brand image.
He was hired to work for the opening of a wine bar of Château Margaux in London, along with a great friend of him, Chef Juan Zuliani.
He returned to Argentina, and since January 2018, he has been working for Casa Cavia as Manager.
