Lupe García
The creative direction of Casa Cavia is under the charge of Lupe García.
As a filmmaker, she thinks of her projects identity in the same way as a film production. Just as a filming team is shortlisted, she selected the members of Casa Cavia among the best in each of the different fields so they can join their different expertise to achieve a common goal. Her experience at “La Panadería de Pablo” (Pablo´s Bakery) and at “Piso Tres” (Third Floor) taught her that the only projects that transcend are the ones built upon a strong identity that cannot be betrayed.
She created CARNE, along with the world´s No. 1 Chef, the Argentinian Mauro Colagreco.
Her latest creation was ORNO, a pizza restaurant located in Olivos, with the best quality raw material from the Argentinian countryside, as well as with pastry technics and inspirations from the Neapolitan recipes.
All these businesses are managed by MEZCLA, a gastronomic group that materializes its ideas in places that tell stories through their kitchen, through their architecture, and above all, through their people.
