The kitchen

This house is a restaurant, a library, a publishing house, a flower shop, a garden and a bar: different places that come together to pay tribute to the Buenos Aires history and to the wonders of argentine products.

It is a coffee, a croissant and a meeting to start the day. It is a healthy and productive business lunch. It is also a glass of wine or a gin tonic, together with a good chat in the late afternoon. But it is also a dinner with friends, a celebration on Friday night, a glass of champagne and scrambled eggs for Sunday Brunch and more.

There are thousand ways to enjoy the friendly spirit of this original house of the 20s, which has been remodelled to depict the connection between the past and the present, among different cultures, which represents the real identity of the Palermo neighbourhood and of the city of Buenos Aires.

The Kitchen at Casa Cavia repositions the style of a kitchen with a simple look but with a complex operation, where the connection with the local product is key, knowing that the best restaurant would be nothing without the best product.
